Vancouver House (City of Vancouver Pavilion for the 2010 WInter Olympic Games) Jan Sircus was the Creative DIrector for Vancouver House in its original location in the soaring, crescent shaped atrium of the Vancouver City Library. The Library version of Vancouver House was conceived as a media-driven, immersive and interactive visitor experience promoting the creative and cultural uniqueness of the city. The project team was a collaboration of Studio Sircus with the BrandLive Group (Producers) and Douglas Welch Design with EOS (Lighting and Media).
 
 
Current Projects:
Jan Sircus is currently working on the development of a new website portal for the Arts, a large format  CGI movie for theatrical release, and the evolution of a new cultural themepark.

Britannia Beach - AldrichPears Associates Jan Sircus executed the concept design for a Visitor Centre for the Britannia Beach Mining Museum and Historical Society expansion project. The design was done for AldrichPears Associates working in conjunction with David Jensen Associates and TRB Architects. Britannia Beach is between Vancouver and Whistler, BC, Canada. Britannia & APA Project Director: Phil Aldrich. Al Ain Wildlife Park and Resort - AldrichPears Associates Jan Sircus completed work for AldrichPears Associates as Creative DIrector for the site wide interpretive elements of the Al Ain Wildlife Park and Resort (AWPR) in Abu Dhabi (excluding the Sheikh Zayed Desert Learning Centre). An 800 hectare development, including hotel and residential components, AWPR is divided into several distinct world desert zoos, safari experiences, a botanical oasis and children’s zone, and a conservation and breeding centre.
